Counter Behaving Badly / Not IP Related

Hello,

The counter on our web site is failing to display the proper count. I reset it yesterday (generated counter code from AOTA) to start counting from 35,911 ("st=35911"). It worked.

Now today it has dropped down to 11,390. Freaky.

Does that apply in your case?

What I can do is manually delete the counter file, and let it regenerate...

This should kick in the 'st' option, and hopefully this time it will stick...
