cafepress (http://www.cafepress.com) looks very good for having some shirts available on a couple of websites I've created. I really like the fact that it's create and pay-on-demand so I don't have to invest up front since I'm not sure how many sales there would be right now. However, there are two things lacking:

1.) I wish they had a greater variety of shirts available. For example some higher qulality shirts, esp. long sleeve varieties as it's approaching winter.

2.) I wish they could print on black / color shirts without the up front investment.

Are there any even better options available?

...and I wish they'd offer embroidery services too. I'll be watching this thread along with you, if you don't mind.

They do what they *do* well enough, though . . . they've made a few bucks to help support my not-for-profit site, and my users love having the goodies.

I think cafepress is great for what they do...but I have one comment about their "Baby Doll" t-shirts...after just one wearing, the colors of the design begin to separate...and don't ask what it looks like after the first wash......eek!
