my forums are down

I just got about 31 db errors and my forums are dead. whassup?

That thread didn't mention anything about MYSQL being down....

It was a tremor in the network that caused some intermittent problems gaining access to the MySQL servers... It was not foreseen, but resulted nonetheless...

If there is maintenance going on, and something does go wrong, please give us until close of the maintenance window as we are most likely aware of any issue and addressing it in order... I can safely say that by the time all was said and done early this morning, everything was back to normal - and as a result - I'm quite sure you will agree that the MySQL servers are now back at full speed...
