I currently have my site importfiles.net hosted on your servers. It isnt really going anywhere and i was wondering if i could change the domain that goes with my account. How would i go about getting my site visualcave.com as the domain on my account?
Thanks for your help :-)

From the Service Desk FAQ (http://www.FutureQuest.net):
There is a $50 service fee for changing the domain name of an existing account. You can avoid this fee by ordering a new package and canceling the old when you are ready. However by doing this you would be responsible for moving all of your files to the new account as well as having to choose a new username for the new account.
By having FutureQuest change your domain name for you, all files can stay in place and the username would not change (unless you request it to be changed).
To order a new account:
To cancel an account:
By ordering/canceling you are responsible for moving all of your files. By requesting FutureQuest to change your domain name we will leave all of your files in place and change the name on the account itself.
Your old domain name will not work unless you request another account for it. Without this request the old name would be removed from the servers. The most common package for the old domain name, in situations such as this, is the IRO option. This allows both the new and old domain names to work with the same web site and email.
Visit http://www.FutureQuest.net/Services/IR/ for details.
Many find that they do not need to change their domain name at all, with the IRO option available, as they simply overlay the new domain name over the old. If you would like us to change your domain name let us know the specifics of the current and the new, as well as noting that you understand there will be a fee, and we will work with you to make the switch.
Sending an email to Service@FutureQuest as follows:
--
I would like to change my current domain name to a new one. I understand and agree to the $50 service fee to have this accomplished.
The Current Domain Name is: (insert current domain)
The New Domain Name is: (insert desired domain name)
The current username is: (insert username)
I would like the username to be: (insert desired username)
--
Sending FutureQuest a note similar to the above will allow us to complete the changes.
