It's unbelievable how stupid some people can be. During one of my browsings through my stats I located a new referrer...to one of Yahoo's Group pages. I joined the group, then saw why they were in my stats. They had copied a checklist of mine, changed the headings and title, but left the following:
Colors/format, link to a few images on my server (1 was a check mark, the others were affiliate banners...still with my affiliate code linked from their uploaded file!), and they never removed the meta tag information from the code, which was included my website's name and other info.
Faxed my DMCA-compliant letter to Yahoo after emailing them yesterday. Sometimes I contact the website owners first, and sometimes they aren't that lucky ;).
