This is good, I Love it !

Just as I finished laughing so hard I thought I'd cough my lungs out Don't worry Deb, just some of that Smoker's cough, nothing serious ~#

I read that our buddies Bill and Steve will be releasing the "Gold Code" for Win XP this Friday and (I am not making this up) and will deliver the "Gold Code" editions to the PC manufacturers by Air Drop, at Redmund, via Decorated helicopters!

Microsoft's newest motto! We shall Overcome, The World

Makes me think of Pinky and the Brain.
"So, what are we going to do tonight, Brain?"...
OK, so Bill is the Brain. Who's Pinky?

This remark in the article:

PC makers are counting on the new operating system--due on new PCs starting Sept. 24 and as packaged software Oct. 25 for its retail launch--to boost lagging sales.

Makes me think I better hustle myself out to the store real soon, and buy myself a copy of Windows 2000. (One of these days soon, I'm going to upgrade this ol' Win98 machine, and it's not going to be to XP.)
