View Full Version : EzMLM not working for her.ph

I have two accounts with FQ. On HerMobile.com, I've been able
to get the EzMLM to function, and I've built an opt-in list of about
200 folks. I started with a simple EzMLM called 'test'.

On my second account, which is Wireless.ph with a domain 'stack'
of Her.ph and His.ph on top of it (sounds kinky :o ), I've been
unable to get a similar arrangement to work, e.g.

test-subscribe@mlm.her.ph

which was established using the CNC set-up form.
This also is failing in the other 'her.ph' list:

phone2phone-subscribe@mlm.her.ph

The results when a subscription is attempted are:

<phone2phone-subscribe@mlm.her.ph>:
63.144.24.3 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
Giving up on 63.144.24.3.

This happened from at least two of my external email accounts
(hosted on ont.com and yahoo.com).

Can anyone hazard a guess why the domain mlm.her.ph
gives other systems fits? Note, if I drop 'mlm' from the
domain, then the mail just goes through via the 'default' alias
for her.ph.

Best Regards,
Robert

Only primary domain accounts are allowed to use ezMLM services, which would explain the errors you are receiving...

You would need to use 'mlm.wireless.ph', as that is your primary...

There are no plans to allow DS:IRx and IRx accounts ezMLM ability due to various mail routing issues...

<EDIT: DoH! - wrong primary>

Hello Robert,

Would this shed any light on the situation?

IRs are not suitable if:

The domain requires ezMLM functionality. The pre-installed mailing list software will only work with full packages

You would either need to Order Full packages for both of these domains or setup the ezMLM list for them as
test-subscribe@mlm.Wireless.ph

Hope this helps,
Bob

- ezMLM and I went round and round this morning, with ezMLM getting the upper hand :P -

Folks:
I've fixed the problem. As you mentioned, the primary is good for the ezMLM use, but the domains stacked on top are not. The primary on
this stack is wireless.ph so I set a ezMLM using the following subscription address and it worked:

phone-subscribe@mlm.wireless.ph
