netscape/mac email question

A client needs to send me her mailing list. She has it set up as an alias or nickname containing the list on her Mac using Netscape as her email client. How can she do it?

I use Eudora on a PC and would just send the nndbase.txt file as an attachment.

This is taken straight from Mac. Netscape 4.61's help file about exporting addresses from Netscape Messenger:

Exporting an Address Book

To export an address book:

1.Click the Address Book icon on the component bar.

2.If you have more than one address book, select the one
you want.

3.From the File menu, choose Export.

4.Type a filename for the address book and choose the file
type: lidf, .csv, or tab delimited.

5.Click Save.
