I actually hope to see this reply deleted by the owners when I awake, but for now I'll note the following clarification, without intent of insulting (singing to) the choir.
FQ doesn't reject the inbound mail until it receives the 'envelope-to' (RCPT TO:) data, which happens after the 'envelope-from' (MAIL) data. Only one of these must be in your domain; so you can use a "From: " of anybody@anywhere with a "To: " anybody@yourdomain and it will be accepted and passed.
Similarly, if you want to send through your domain both from and to other domains, you can do so a couple of different ways (which result in the same SMTP sequence), which I will not detail here.
In any event, I think that you have to POP from the same IP within a short time of getting a connection at all.
