I've offered free webmail through BigMailbox for about a year. There have been problems with mail arriving late or not at all.[nbsp][nbsp](I actually got an email that took six weeks to arrive! How is that even possible? Where does an email go for six weeks!)
I've decided to cancel the service. Fortunately not that many people signed up. Only about 100. I've emailed them all, warning of the cancellation. As the service is so bad I can't even be sure they all got the warning.
My concern is that once the MX record is changed back to my domain there will be mail showing up for some ex-users,[nbsp][nbsp]probably forever. The only thing I can think of doing is turning off the catchall feature so it all gets bounced. I hate to do it, that catchall feature is so handy.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips for making this change - to ease the transition. Will there be other problems I haven't thought of?
Thanks,
Brian aka Binky
