Blocking email

Is there any way to block email sent from a domain? I am tired of receiving these Snow White emails that supposedly have a virus as an attachment.

Remember that the email isn't coming from hahaha@sexyfun.net, but from people that have you in their address book. It attaches itself to the outgoing email of the person that's been infected. So blocking that domain won't do anything to stop it. BTW The virus that's attached is called the Hybris virus. More info on the virus (http://www.norton.com/avcenter/venc/data/w95.hybris.gen.html)
