Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible to set up a mailing list where the list administrator has a different login to manage a particular list, rather than the login used for the entire web site. And if so, what would this entail?

This is not possible due to our security policies...

Only one login account (Telnet/SSH) has command line shell and/or CNC access to the server...
