I've searched back through this forum and have noted comments on various companies.[nbsp][nbsp]I seem to have come down to a short list of Plug 'n Pay, ccNow and iBill.

I'd be grateful for any updated comments on these, or on any I've missed.[nbsp][nbsp]Are there any which I should definitely avoid?[nbsp][nbsp]Ideally I would like to price my items in Hong Kong dollars (HK$) but all seem to insist on US$!

Any advice will be welcome and much appreciated.[nbsp][nbsp]Thanks.

I have used CCNow for over a year on 4 different websites.[nbsp][nbsp]They haven't been a problem at all for me.[nbsp][nbsp]:)

Thank you, Bob, for taking the time to reply.[nbsp][nbsp]I am leaning towards CCNow - although they insist on US$ prices!

I think there are others out there with opinions - have to say it's a bit disappointing not to have received any more feedback.[nbsp][nbsp]Still, at least I got one reply.[nbsp][nbsp]Several times in the past I've been ignored completely.[nbsp][nbsp]Think I'll change my handle to the 'Invisible Man' :(

Hello BOF and other FQ forum members,

I'm new here and will be helping my husband set up a business website on FQ shortly.

I saw your your e-commerce questions that you posted, and wanted to let you know that I have recently found some global CC gateway payment companies that might work for you?

You may want to check these out as they all offer support for international currencies and currency conversions:

www.worldpay.com (http://www.worldpay.com)
www.multicards.com (http://www.multicards.com)
www.securetrading.com (http://www.securetrading.com)

Also, I have found an amazing catalog and shopping cart program called JShop Professional 3 written mostly in javascript/CGI that is compatible with the above. In fact, it is already configured to work seamlessly with the above companies with automatic settings for the major payment gateway companies.[nbsp][nbsp]The JShop Pro 3 is definitely worth checking out, and it is very affordable.

I found this after many, many hours of looking at different e-commerce solutions for a client.[nbsp][nbsp] :-)[nbsp][nbsp]I hope this helps!

Hello Jean-Marie,

Thank you very much for your reply to my query.

I shall certainly check out the sites you suggest.[nbsp][nbsp]I, too, have done quite a bit of research and have found many e-commerce sites.[nbsp][nbsp]The problem I find is sorting out which are reliable and which may be 'fly by night'.

Thanks again for your help, and best regards.

You're welcome, BOF.

I know what you mean. They also usually want a lot of money.

I understand PayPals (PayPals.com)is planning on serving international customers very soon. I think it's one of the most affordable payment programs out there because they are not regulated the same as, and therefore their requirements are not the same as the banks and other financial institutions. They do not require a regular internet merchant account for the cc processing they do. They seem real solid though from what I can gather so far though?

Jean-Marie

P.S. lol I'm making too many typos now...guess that's my signal I need some sleep? :-) Goodnight, all!
(& good morning to others! :-)
