Testing E-Commerce

Hello I would like to get a discussion thread going on e-commerce testing.[nbsp][nbsp]I am testing consultant who helps startups establish testing departments and organizations. I would like to share some good and bad experience in testing e-commerce sites.[nbsp][nbsp]My experience is testing is that third party functionality like payment fulfillment and inventory control are the hardest things to test and control.[nbsp][nbsp]

Any testing nightmare out there?
