Do most shopping cart systems (usable on FutureQuest, that is) require mysql?[nbsp][nbsp]We have a client that might need their FQ package upgraded if so.

Also, when the client obtains their Verisign cert, is that something that they alone should do, through the FQ/RSM web form, or can we do it with THEIR info, as the web host?

I'm not aware of any carts that *require* (to the best of my knowledge) mysql, but there are some that allow it as an option.

You can do it any of these ways! If they do it or you do it, you will need to generate your own private key and CSR (certificate signing request). If you use RS Marketing, I will do this messy stuff for you (same price -- $125 Thawte or $349 Verisign). Please remember that regardless of how you get your cert, you must still order installation ($100) using the FutureQuest order form.
