View Full Version : How is "Jelsoft's" (vBulletin) customer service???

Hello everyone,
Twice I've emailed Jelsoft to ask which version of their vBulletin program is production ready.[nbsp][nbsp]I got no answer both times, and it makes me wonder what kind of customer support I'll get from them if I purchase their product.
Has anyone had experience with them?

I would guess they care for questions of that sort asked via email (as opposed to the standard forum support) just about as much as people like identical posts to multiple forums...[nbsp][nbsp]:P

I am sorry to report that my questions go unanswered, or get smartmouth retorts in their forums as well.
It's very sad, they have such an awesome product.[nbsp][nbsp]I hope they don't shoot themselves in the foot thanks to their lousy support.[nbsp]

The best avenue for support of vBulletin is: search.[nbsp][nbsp]It will give you your answer within minutes, and it is probably already there.
