View Full Version : How good is this host provider
Hi All,
A humble request for information. I am considering using Future Quest to host my site. Please give me any comments that your think useful. I consider Speed (access to my site as crucial), Tech support next and then stability of provider infrastructure.
regards and thanks in advance

They are fantastic . . . I had to hit the ground running with my site a year ago, and they never missed a beat.[nbsp][nbsp]I wish all "real world" services were as prompt and responsive as FQ has been . . . there is NEVER a doubt that real humans are on the other end of any question I have posed.[nbsp][nbsp]Search back through the Server info forum, it details the only tech troubles that have occured - but also gives an honest look at how up-front these folks are with the few system glitches that have occurred.

I started with futurequest about 6 months ago and haven't had one complaint.[nbsp][nbsp]With their help I am starting my own web design company and doing all my hosting on FQ. I searched through many, many companies before choosing this host and I don't regret my decision in the least.

If you're talking about hosting a small to medium sized site, Futurequest.net is the company to go with. Excellent, personlized support...simply the best.
If you have a large and extremely popular site, I would recommend Digitalnation.com.[nbsp]

Hi SC,
Boy, your question is a real softball. Did Deb pay you to ask it? :)
I think you will find the answers to your question a little boring as I bet you don't get any negative feedback about this hosting company. We get paid to say only good things :)
Seriouly, The fact that there is a forum here for you to ask that question, not knowing what kind of answers you may get, speaks for itself.
Don't waste anymore energy looking for a host, signup today.
Heck, if you don't like it, I'll give you your money back.

I agree that Futurequest so far has exceeded most of our expectations by far. My only concern is, such a great webhosting company isn't going to go unnoticed by people, and soon, the company will grow into another gigantic cooperation. How will this affect it's ability to provide such personal and great support to us as it does now, to it's customers, is the question. I've personally wittness many companies go from surperb customer support to virtually non existant, as their company grew in size.

I've installed one of my scripts on four different servers and it has always run the fastest on FutureQuest.[nbsp][nbsp]Support is excellent.[nbsp][nbsp]I have absolutely no reason to even consider moving my sites.

I've personally wittness many companies go from surperb customer support to virtually non existant, as their company grew in size. I will be heading our support department as we grow, and I have some pretty high standards as far customer service and support goes. It will be my duty to make sure those standards are upheld by the entire support team - and I plan to be around for quite a while :)
One of my main goals for the support team is to ensure that no request or concern goes unanswered, and that our responses are as fast, efficient, and helpful as possible. As FutureQuest grows, our support team will grow right along with it.
Hope this helps ease your concerns :)

Yes it does ease my concerns greatly, Justin. If any webhosting company could pull it off, it should -and looks like will- be you guys. Thanks :)
