Formatting Data for Easy Additions to MS Outlook

I have several sites which have the basic contact information.[nbsp][nbsp]I would like to write a script that allows me to import that data into an MS Outlook or something like that.[nbsp][nbsp]Ideally, you would click on a name and it would think it was a vCard and add it to the entry automatically.

Any ideas or places to start?
