I am trying to use an SSI command on my site <!--#exec cgi="/cgi-bin/todaysdatessi.cgi"--> Since my main index page uses ssi and those commands seem to work.. I don't know why the other one isn't working.. I get the following error message.. Please help!

For what you want I wouldnt use a cgi program rather a ssi command from http://www.aota.net/Tutorials/SSI/SSI.shtml

You also should check your HTML because none of your page loads in Netscape (its all black).
