FTP to Futurequest site

Has anyone gotten Home site to FTP to site here.
Ican get ws_ftp to work fine. but home site says it can not open the intial directory.I am using
[nbsp]for ws_ftp
host name:ftp.tabenihon.com
host type: automatic detedt
user Id:taberu
password :***********
intital directory
remote host:/big/dom/xtabenihon/www
[nbsp]on home site: I use
host name:ftp.tabenihon.com
intial directory:/big/dom/xtabenihon/www
user name:taberu:
password********************
report :0 (also tried 21 the defualt)

I checked that password is correct by changing it and I get wrong pasword error if the password is wrong so I am getting to the machine. I tried a shorter directory path i.e. /big
but it did not work. I can ftp into my sites of other hosting services with homesite including going direct to non root directories.

Also when I do go to the root directory it shows subdirectory .cedit and .mc but no other files or directories. whereas looking the root with ws_ftp shows a lot more stuff in the root.

Any suggestions anyone?

Have you set WS_FTP to start in that directory?[nbsp][nbsp]Try not defining a directory to start in...
