PHP offline/printable manual

Has anyone stumble across a complete printable version of the PHP manual ?

Would make for great breakfast table reading

PHP is just too new I think. I'm waiting for some books to come out on PHP - that would be awesome http://www.aota.net/ubb/smile.gif There is an HTML version without all the javascript at php.net but I don't know if it's worth printing...

Well I have been doing quite a bit of research on this php thingy mysql stuff. As such there is no book out yet.. Althugh there are a lot of pages dedicatd to teching it. THere is on good on php+msql (but msql sucks).

ANy how. going through forums and stuff. I have heard people say ther are two new books on PHP. Well did a search, these are the results

PHP: Could find only one book on PHP both at amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com. TO be relesed in may,1999

Mysql: Only one book availble, to be relesed in June/july/1999. Publishers Oriely. But devshed.com has a very good starter page.
