PHP3 and MyAdmin

well, after a few knots on my forehead I got the My Admin to work. it is a simple little program that will help you administer your database through the web. There are several security things you have to accomplish first to get this thing working correct, but it makes the new database user a semi-gui interface to creating and deleting tables, along with doing sql commands.
