Printer default settings??

One of my daughter's software programs locked up my computer last week, and made all the icons & text on the desktop huge.[nbsp][nbsp]We managed to get that all back to normal, but our printer settings have changed.[nbsp][nbsp]How can I get the default to go back to "economy" & "print in greyscale", instead of "best" and "Print in color"??[nbsp][nbsp]I'm tired of having to change it each time I print.
