Any message I receive from my cousin goes right into my deleted items folder and if i read it, it disappears after. any emails from others are fine....

Check your filters for the one causing this to happen...[nbsp][nbsp]If there aren't any rules there, are you running any anti-spam software?

Yeah... I'm with Charles.[nbsp][nbsp]Check your spam filter in Outlook, and if necessary, lower its level or turn it off.[nbsp][nbsp]You can always try making a rule to put all of your cousin's e-mails in the inbox.

Conversely, tell your cousin to stop sending you messages with subject lines like "Make money now!" and "The hottest adult sites on the net!" :)
