Strange video error

Does anyone recognize this video error?[nbsp][nbsp]It cropped up out of nowhere this morning . . . my settings are all as usual.[nbsp][nbsp]I am thinking corrupted driver:

It sorta seems to be sorta . . . clinging to the edges of anything graphical . . .[nbsp]
