It doesn’t matter where you come up with your website, but it does matter where you register it... Correct me if I am wrong but that’s a little backwards.. (This is about their commercials)

Hey, I got a peek inside their accounting and registry management code:

# Begin spurious error routines
if ( !monopoly ) {
[nbsp][nbsp] &include_random_error($financial_gain_desired);
[nbsp][nbsp] &send_statement_anyway();
[nbsp][nbsp] &lose_all_pending_transfer_requests();
}
...

Yes.

BronxBombers.com - oh what I would give to lose that darn hyphen...

This domain had been expired for about 6 months before it got renewed.[nbsp][nbsp]Needless to say, I was checking everyday to see if they had finally thrown it back into the pool.[nbsp][nbsp]It never happened.

Hey Jimbo, edit out that domain! I'm sure there is a lurker just devilishly smiling and checking that right now. :)

Just lookin out for the Questies,

I have experienced the same :(

Hope NSI gets nailed on this one, they could be a great company if they played fair.

What's the script one could use to constantly check on a domain name's status?[nbsp][nbsp]I have heard about it on other boards, but have yet to see it or secure it.

-It seem's Tatu has become the Joe Friday of the web :P

Well, I almost hate to say anything negative while having domains registered with them for fear that making negative comments about them could be a basis for taking away your domains :)

I did go to their auction site for the first time today and noticed that a domain which I had been checking every day for five months (until all of a sudden it was taken again)is there for a minimum price of $10,000

(I wonder if the whois page has a white on white counter too :) )

Whats annoying me is that NS can't seem to let go of a domain even after it's been transferred!![nbsp][nbsp]I keep getting threatening notices that I will lose of of my domain names that used to be registered with them.[nbsp][nbsp]I called my current registrar, dotster, and they said the transfer went through (and I have all the emails, and the WHOIS lookup also shows dotster).[nbsp][nbsp]Also, when I try to login to my account with NS, it's nowhere to be found ;) ...gee, wonder why!
