Need Example of Cease & Desist Letter

I've been contacted by a company that is blatantly attempting to extort free advertising on my site or cash in exchange for the UK version of my trademark (domain name). I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good example of a cybersquatting related cease and desist letter. I don't want to plagerise, but want to get an idea of what should be included. Thanks in advance.
