I have to agree with Dan on this one -- never much cared for .cc domains.

I hate to repeat this, but the domain name is worth what some one will pay for it.

If I myself had a dire need for it (ok, if I did I'd get a .com but that's beside the point), I wouldn't plunk down more than 70 bucks for Materials.cc . Try selling it on eBay without appearing like you're ripping the bidder off (and please include the full domain name in the title without screaming "$50,000 APPRAISAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" :P ).

Another good spot is Afternic.com (however, the slowest loading thing I have ever seen), but unless you have a 5-star name the place is too saturated for you right now.

Shrewd, smart, pragmatic and discrete direct marketing is "the" best way to go in my opinion.[nbsp][nbsp]Competition with millions of names in the brokerages is anything but aggressive.

Top brokerages from around the DN industry have pumped up name inventories and have over valued domain names which for the most part may never sell.

It's not what the brokers say, it's what the buyers pay.
