Hey all,

I'm attempting to move my domain name from my old host to FutureQuest.[nbsp][nbsp]However, the old host is pretty much going under, and has stopped responding to any tech e-mails from most of its users.

I guess my only alternative is to have the DNS & IP addresses changed through Network Solutions.[nbsp][nbsp]Easier said than done -- their page is user-unfriendly to the max.

Does anyone know a fax number where I can fax my number to them a copy of my drivers license (to confirm my identity as the Owner contact), in order to get the addresses changed?

Thanks in advance,

- Karrade

Have you tried this fax number?
(703) 742-9552

Here is the form:

I just used that FAX number to request/change the following domains:
internic.net
networksolutions.com
internet.com
internet.net
microsoft.com

Watch out EBay, I'm heading your way cause I'm gonna make myself a millionaire...[nbsp][nbsp]:)

Thanks for the help, but it looks like the old host finally changed the IP and DNS.[nbsp][nbsp]Finally, I've made it to FutureQuest!!!
