In life, we sometimes have to do things we do not want to, or may regret later.[nbsp][nbsp]Well this is one of them for me...

I am sad to say that very soon I will be leaving the community here at FutureQuest.[nbsp][nbsp]My life has taken a turn that will not allow me to keep up with the work I have started.[nbsp][nbsp]At first, I wanted to park the domain in the hope of coming back for it, but I am not sure how likely that is, and after sitting down last night and looking at the big picture.[nbsp][nbsp]I think the thing for me to do would be to seel the whole lot.[nbsp][nbsp]I have invested a good amount into the site, it has some really great programs behind it, all it needs not is a hand to puch it into the right direction.

ok, enough of the long story..[nbsp][nbsp]My question:[nbsp][nbsp]Has anyone ever sold anything on E-Bay?[nbsp][nbsp]Are they the place to go to sell a whole site?[nbsp][nbsp]I am looking for a set amount of money, or I will just park the domain to maybe never come back to it.[nbsp][nbsp]Who knows..[nbsp][nbsp]But to get out of some of the debt it has caused, I will be looking for a set price.[nbsp][nbsp]How do I go about setting that in the auction, or whereever you guys seem to think the best place to sell it at.

Thanks for all your help now and in the past.[nbsp][nbsp]You guys really are the greatest.[nbsp][nbsp]Not just FutureQuest, but everyone here that makes up this community.

Jamie

Hey Jamie,

If you plunge ahead with listing your site/domains you might do well by listing at ebay/greatdomains/afternic to cover your basis.[nbsp][nbsp]Don't rely on these alone, shop it around yourself through word of mouth, magazines, newspapers, friends, etc.[nbsp][nbsp]You never know who would want a dot com.

You may want to consider securing a partner that would infuse some cash onto the table. This way you create a window for a source to buy you out.[nbsp][nbsp]With this plan you also get the opportunity to retain part ownership and be part of your creations growth.

Best of Luck,
Scott
