I have a domain that I need to renew, and I was suggested to use domain monger but they aren't setup for transfers yet, can anyone suggest a simple place to renew that is less than NSI since there are many competitors now?
thanks,
Daniel

There are several other registers to consider. I have used http://www.dotster.com in the past and can only say good things. A month back they had a sale on domain registration ($15/domain/year) so I registered a few with them.
For a transfer they charge $25. and $25.00 a year.
There are other registers but this is the only other one I am familiar with (besides register.com, but register.com charges the same as NS.
In any case if you decide to change registers check their site for instructions, and more details.
I hope this helps.

Thanks I'll check them out, didn't realize there was a additional 25 dollar charge to transfer it too.

That transfer fee has changed to $10. Now they say (Dotster's domain registrar transfer form):
Transfer Fee: $10.00 (U.S. Currency) per domain name. Plus current one year registration fee ($15.00).
