SELLING Domain name & website, with business on ebay

OK...someone I know is selling his business on ebay (it's a store in S. Florida).[nbsp][nbsp]I maintain his website.[nbsp][nbsp]The question I have is, how do we go about transferring his domain to the winning buyer? Any suggestions? TIA ;)
