Can you help me think of a good available (domain) name for a online site that would run a pay-per-click affiliate program? Sort of like Teknosurf but it pays you by the click instead of by the 1000 banner impressions.

What about something like:
-GiantClick
-GiantClicks
-ClickNetwork
-ClickCouncil

Remember when I was looking for good pay-per-click networks/sites? Well there seems to be a shortage, so I am thinking about jumping in(to the wade pool of pay-per-click networks :D ).

I have found that all the domains with the word "click" or "clicks" are registered. I need a bunch of creative heads to think as one here? I am stumped!!!

Just a step closer to starting another site...

Actually, I like your suggestion of ClickNetwork, Tatu. I didn't see that first time (memo to self: Read more carefully!)

Forget 'click's - try klack. Now that's the real sound my mouse makes :)

I thought Teknosurf paid by the click.[nbsp][nbsp]ValueClick does as well.[nbsp][nbsp]I don't mean to burst your buble, but I think there are quite a few companies like this out there.

Rich - This was either an intermittent problem, or someone was caching the page (ISP perhaps?)... When I post I have to trick my ISP into showing me the new version of the page... if this happens again, where you don't see your post, try adding something to the end of the URL (blah/000000.html?foo) and see if it reloads with your addition...

I thought Teknosurf was pay per click as well...

Short, sweet, and alphabetically pleasing :)

Teknosurf pay by a mixture of CPM & CPC, mainly CPC.[nbsp][nbsp]Flycast has just got into the same market.[nbsp][nbsp]But I'm sure for the right amount per click webmasters will sign-up.[nbsp][nbsp]Flycast are paying $0.40.

Actually, nothing burst(ed?) by bubble over here, pdstein. I am well aware there are TONS and TONS of companies doing this, but only a few do them right. I searched and compared for a week and found only a handful that I would have even considered. I was astonished how many just didn't aim for what webmasters wanted, thinking they were the only ones out there and users didn't have a choice "so they might as well choose them." Flycast pays 40 cents for every click or a thousand clicks (heh)!?!?!? They must over pice advertisers big time to get that pay out! I mean, they need to hose them` advertisers day-oun!! :) The going rate between all places are between 3 and 10 cents for what I call "Indie Links" (Independent merchants who are either totally independent or use a affiliate network like ClickTrade or LinkShare; you can link to them anyway you want as long as it isn't blind linking (there are excpetions to this)) AND 10-25 cents for what I call "Banner Nets" (networks like Teknosurf and Flycast and StartPath (stay away from SP!) that run rotating banners and pay ya (ironically, you usually make less $ w/ these!))

Plus, I ain't aiming for no Teknosurf or Flycast status. :D Nothing too big (for the immediate future -heheh), just giving webmasters options good payments and payments on time (no "We collect money from advertisers first, THEN pay you 3 months later" deal). I figure it might grow into some nice pocket change someday, or I can just sell it (bwuahaha!). :)

NOW BACK TO DOMAINS: (enough of my multiparagraph rambling)
SuperClicks & SuperClick (although they sounded nice), were taken, as was Clicker. AffiliClick sounds very suave and professional, but it brings up issues for users like "What was the name of that place again? A Something Something Clicks?" and "Wait, AfiliClicks.com? How do I spell it again?", etc.

AClicks sounds cool (sort of reminds me of the A-Team :þ :) ). But can also be sort of akward ("Uh Clicks? Ay Clicks? Ahclick! (like a sneeze?)"). :)

ClickClack is taken (both .com and .net), but I sorta like the idea of "Klack" or "Clack" (preferably CLACK out of the two of them). It sounds new and hip-er compared to all the "Clicks" out there. Sorta refreshing.

I also have one good name stuck in the back of my head that I am so wanting to ask you guys about but I'm afraid if I say it out loud lurkers could snatch it up quickly. :

Come on people, keep the good suggestions coming! ;)[nbsp][nbsp] Remember, it isn't a requirement that it needs the word "Click" or "Clicks" in it (although they sound really cool)! ;)[nbsp][nbsp]

Thanks everybody! I appreciate all the help I am getting!

========
Five minutes later update: I checked FlyCast and found they do indeed give 40 cents per ad click! (WOW) But they must be charging 50cents+ for advertisers. Honestly though, if I had a website with 20000-250000 impressions/month I wouldn't hastily sign up just for their clickthrough price.

ClickPayer.anything is available.

I'd liked "payperclick" (sounds so much like "paperclip") but that's taken.
