I recently aquired an account with your company. My site is www.cheatindex.com (http://www.cheatindex.com) and receives around 3 million page views monthly. I chose the smallest account, because I am just testing out your services, and if thigs pass, I will transfer the site.

I have a question for you. Since I do not intend on moving my site this month, can I have the IP of my site so that I can upload and test your server's speed and uptime. The subdomain you have given me does not allow for any uploading. Please help.

You can use xyourdomain.futurequest.net for FTP access... The options for FTP, Telnet, and Browser usage are near the top of your Activation Letter...
