I remember paying $100 for the first two years with some of my first domain names, now we consider all of the .com, .net, and .orgs to be $70 ... but.... are there going to be price wars?
Last week when I went to https://secure.netwizards.net/domains.html they were selling them for $50 first two years and saying it was only $25 per year thereafter.[nbsp][nbsp]Today it says $60 for first two years.
FutureQuest is still registering domain names at NetworkSolutions because we are not going to be paying for the domain owner's domain names, and all of the others require payment first.[nbsp][nbsp]Soon NetworkSolutions will require payment first also (what we will be doing at that point is to be determined... I can tell you that their "Bulk Buyers/Partners" deal leaves a lot to be desired).[nbsp][nbsp]But if you were to register your domain names yourself, the opportunity seems to be there for you to save some money.
If you're in the market for a new domain name, you may want to take the time to shop around.[nbsp][nbsp]There's a chance you will save some cash if you register the domain name yourself at one of the other registrars.
You will find quite a list of registrars at http://www.corenic.org/
The required NameServer information, if you plan to host the domain name on the FutureQuest Servers, may be found at http://www.FutureQuest.net/OtherDomain.php
