Looking for opinions on Will creation software such as WillMaker 8 by Nolo(http://www.nolo.com).
I have to finalize my Will and I'm considering the "do it yourself" software approach.
Any input is appreciated.

Honestly speaking, I would recommend against the "do-it-yourself approach".
I'm currently executing a very complicated estate, and let me tell you, this whole probate thing is *so* much more complicated than I ever thought it could be!
I too currently have a "do-it-yourself" will, but after only a few weeks as executor on this other will I've made an appointment with my attorney to do a new will the "right" way, because it has become very clear to me that if the will isn't done absolutely perfectly it will be an absolute horror for your heirs to deal with when you pass on.
To put it into perspective, the will for which I am executor was done by an attorney - all of the i's were dotted, all of the t's were crossed. Because much of the estate is going into a trust, the trust documents were also in absolutely perfect condition.
And yet it has been an absolutely horrible process dealing with all of this - the state coming in to probate the will, the IRS coming in to pick the trust apart (to make sure they get all their money), and so much money has come out of this estate right into the hands of the trust's attorney it's not even funny.
I can't even imagine what this process would have been like had this will be a "do-it-yourself" project.
Trust me - the $200 to $300 you'll spend having a lawyer prepare your will will be money *well* spent.

Thanks for the input Jason.
I have found after doing considerable research on the "do it yourself wills", that having my attorney prepare the will would be the best "cleanest" way to go.

<bad pun>
So, figuratively speaking, you're going to leave it all to your lawyer? :P
