Hi to all:
I found an excellent icon making program, as recommended by aota.net https://www.impactsoft.com/muangelo/muangelo.html
You can download it and evaluate it for free for 30 days.
I made the favicon.ico with this program so that little file does not come up on the 404 report - found out about that on aota.net as well - apparently when someone using the latest level of IE wants to bookmark your site it looks for this icon to use and if it isn't there it generates a "can't find" message.
