Can't get access to web pages

I am unable to access my web pages.[nbsp][nbsp]My e-mails have fallen on deaf ears.[nbsp][nbsp]I am very, very new to this and have had designers creating my pages.[nbsp][nbsp]I now want access to update the photos instead of having to bother someone to do this whenever I feel the urge.

The most we can do is assure you that your site is working properly and try to provide pointers toward places you can go for help.[nbsp][nbsp]However, we can not provide personal support or training as this is better sought out through a web developer.

Your main point of contact would be with the one you purchased the account from.[nbsp][nbsp]That contact, is not FutureQuest which is why you are not receiving personal replies to your emails.[nbsp][nbsp]Your emails are being responded to and forwarded to the company you purchased the account from.
