Extra FTP Login Account

We received the order at 10:02am Today (9/3), and it is now 1:28pm...

Please allow up to 24 hours for new Account or VAS setups...

It is in my queue of things to do, and is currently #16 on my list...

After I have installed the FTP VAS, I will send you login instructions with the new (VMIP'd) username...

I ordered an Extra FTP Login Account today, but I can't seem to make it accept my password. I'm using fetch 3.0.3 (as will the people uploading files)

I keep getting &quot;Error on password: Login incorrect&quot; message. I'm very familiar with Fetch. What could be the problem?
