In the description of this forum, among shareware and freeware, I see "careware" listed. I've never heard of that before -- what does it mean?

Just curious.

CareWare is the best ware ever possible!!! I doubt you'll be seeing any MS products with this type of lable on them for a while... but I prefer CareWare over any other type of software available!

I pay for all of my CareWare programs by offering a lil help, smile, kind word, to others around me.

The price of Care ware is to do something kind for another.

From that point I think you'll feel the same as I do about CareWare.

Hey very cool. I like the idea dhjg . . . ahem, but I really get annoyed by "I need attention! I must be on top!" pages that interrupt my typing (something else I was trying to open) . . .
Very cool article, though, although it does step on one of our pet peeves -- sites on the *world wide* web assuming that all surfers who visit are Americans . . . Maybe we should start an Internet ribbon campaign about that. "Awareness of the "World Wide" -ness of the Web" or something. ;-) Other than that, the message is right on.

Thanks!
