I've been messing around with the idea of a Flash intro for the site I'm doing for my brother-in-law's Editing business, and tonight I finally got started.[nbsp][nbsp]It was going fairly well until I hit a brick wall, and couldn't think of anything else to put in to it.[nbsp][nbsp]So to fill up space, I put in some *temporary* things.[nbsp][nbsp]I didn't realize what I was doing until after I was done, and I still can't believe it.[nbsp][nbsp]You better just check it out for yourself:

(note: I haven't put in the frame loading loop yet, so be patient :þ)

I must start sleeping more, it's beginning to have an effect on me :).

Please don't tell me you just started learning flash tonight? OK, good.
That flash was too good for a first night try. (I'm sure I couldn't do it, not that I've tried.)

The "filler" stuff you put in...made me laugh. I liked it. Made me want to read the index.html page when it came up to see how you would tie it all together.

Thanks, but as far as Flash goes, that is hardly good.[nbsp][nbsp]I've been dabbling with it for two or three months, but have never really made anything more than a moving square or anything.[nbsp][nbsp]Tonight was the first time I actually made something that is the least bit interesting.

I'm glad you read the index page, it makes the intro make a little more sense, dontcha think?[nbsp][nbsp]:)

I'll choose not to believe it ;)

Luv the grizzly bear wav over the Labrador puppy

I couldn't find a decent dog barking wav, and I thought that added a little somethin'-somethin' to it.[nbsp][nbsp]:)

Now my next step is to make something that is useable, though my sister called me this morning and said they love it the way it is, but I don't think it's very "professional"[nbsp][nbsp];) .

The vector world is a happy world :)

Jim,

WOW. Very smart. I really liked it.

I didn't, though, see a "Skip Intro", like the FutureQuest site.

Also I'm viewing it on a Mac and some of the text in the "our clients" section was too small to read.

A great site though.

Joe.
