Free IPO Stock at exit32b?

My aunt who sends me jokes I heard 5 years ago directed me to a web site that claims to have a drawing for 10,000 shares of its stock once they do an IPO next month. You enter your email address, and the person who directed you and you both get one entry into the drawing.

Anybody else been asked about it?

The idea has some sense as far as marketing goes. However, an InterNIC search for the domain comes up empty - yet there it is!
