How do you make stars???

I would love to know if there's a way to make stars...the kind that shine off an image of a diamond...can this type be created in Paintshop Pro 5, and if so...HOW??

In Photoshop (this procedure might be similar to Paintshop Pro's), use the pen tool and place interconnected dots in the shape of the star.[nbsp][nbsp]After adjusting it to your preference, use the fill tool (paint bucket) and fill it with your desired color.[nbsp][nbsp]

Another way would be to use a filter (plug in).[nbsp][nbsp]The filter "Alien Skin's Eye Candy" has just that feature where you can create all sorts of customizable stars and other shapes and effects.
