I don't know what you're looking for, since that URL you posted seems to be just a blank page with a meta refresh causing it to reload several times every second -- I don't know if it's supposed to be a browser-crasher page or what, but I hope that's not your idea of a graphics site.

If you want a large directory of sites that offer web graphics, try GIFPILE at:
http://members.home.net/billca/main.html

You can also always search for "free graphics" or the like via any major search engine.
