Here's a great FREE program to make tile images with, that you can use as webpage wallpaper, windows wallpaper, or whatever. It generates textures, with a whole bunch of ways to manipulate them that I haven't even begun to explore yet. A great easy way to create your own original backgrounds -- or just have a lot of fun playing with it.
It's called Reptile and it's by Sausage Software, you have to register before you can use it -- they email you a key and password to enter when you first run the program. It is completely free, though.
