I am planning to remove my main domain from FQ and set it up on my home server. However, I still want to host the 5 IRM domain in FQ. Can I just cancel the main domain and leave everything unchanged? If so, how can I access my directory and emails?

This will get messy real quick...
For IRM's to exist, they must be mapped over a Primary domain...
If we remove your primary, then I'm afraid it will disqualify all of the IRM's as well...
What you will need to do in this instance, is 1 of 2 things:
1) Completely cancel the account and order a new package using 1 of the 5 IRM's...[nbsp][nbsp] Then order the remaining 4 to be over IRM's over the new primary account...
or
2) For $50.00, I can perform a domain reworking, in which I will replace your cancelled primary account with one of the IRM's...[nbsp][nbsp]This type of server work takes time as I must do it by hand...[nbsp][nbsp]There is no easy way to automate it due to the evolutionary dynamics of a domains life...
