Sorry to bother everyone again :(...someone just told me that they're seeing black text and blue links on my redesign test http://www.myparentime.com/indextest2.html
Problem is....there is no black and blue in code or on my computer's Netscape or IE!
Text is pink, links are medium & light purple...
TEXT="#ff00bd" ALINK="#AF76FC" VLINK="#AF76FC" LINK="#9400D3"
I need your help!
Joi~
You may want to stick to one of the browser-safe colors to help avoid the differences....
Though the colors are pink and purple on your/my monitor it's hard to say what they'll be for the masses :([nbsp][nbsp]I remember creating a mauve and brown/tan page once only to be told "eeewwww why did you use that ugly puke green color??" *sigh*
Check out http://www.aota.net/HTML/216colors.php3 and see if changing the colors to something close but also listed on this page helps or not, and let us know ;)[nbsp][nbsp] You'll also want to find out what their color settings are and what browser they're using.

OK...I think I'm finally satisfied with my redesign...changed the body text to Verdana...looks nicer (thanx to one of the comments I received about the typeface) ;) .
Here's the revised design: http://www.myparentime.com/indextest3.html
The only thing I have not yet done is adding the spacer for smaller windows, and I'm afraid to begin trying to correct that or I might get stuck and never get out! :D
Also, still no answer on correcting that obnoxious space above the drop down box in the center column...any ideas??
Thanx again for all your comments...very very helpful! :)
Best always,
Joi~
