Storage space-how do I know how much I'm using ?

I assumed there would be a "my FutureQuest" sort of link to check out things of this nature, but I can't find anything. I've got the "basic" service of 25 megs and assume I'm no where near using that much, but being a forum that grows larger every day, I wonder. What say ye, experienced Quest-ites?

You'll find "my futurequest" at CNC (command 'n' control).[nbsp][nbsp]Link will be along the lines of www.yourdomain.com/CNC/ (http://www.yourdomain.com/CNC/) Then follow the disk usage link.
