Signed up with FutureQuest on 12-19 and approved the request for domain transfer, which the Internic notified me today has been completed.However, still no introductory email from tech support. Are they off for the holidays? Not trying to complain; I think FutureQuest is great just from what I've read in these forums and elsewhere. Still, I'm itching to get going. :-)

We did send out your activation letter the day you placed your order... along with a followup email... in addition to calling you.
Andrew just tried to give you a ring again, but got the answering machine again.
