A light tan / blonde Pekingnese(sp?)!!!
I just cannot think of a good, funny, cool name for the guy!
He is muscular, masculine, sporty, and energetic looking. Looks the exact opposite of me! :)
So far, I have (take a deep breath):
Hans Moleman
Nugget
Mr. Tubbs or Tubby (but we'd call him Tubby)
Chunk Monster (but we'd call him Chunk!)
MoJo (which has a con: rymes with NO!)
Mr. Chubbs (we'd call him Chubs or Chubby)
Yogi
What do you guys think? I tried convincing everyone to call him mouse potato (not a couch potato, but mouse potato... get it? exact opposite of athleticness?) but everyone hated extremely. :D

PS: If you don't know what a Pekingnese looks like, check out http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Ranch/9662/spmay13.jpg except mine is FULLY tan and blonde without the black snout (he still has a black nose though), has broader shoulders and head (he is all around more masculine), and doesn't have the incredibly ugly look on his face. :D

I forgot, pictures will be posted soon (within weeks, depends on when I get around to actually getting the film developed).
Help me name my dog!
I had one when I was about 8 years old... fun lil ankle nippers ;)[nbsp][nbsp]Ours was officially named Miss Sheila Ann Brook so we simply called her Shabby :þ
Today we have a Shetland Sheepdog (Sheltie) (see a pic of someone else's at http://www.akc.org/gif/sheltie.gif ) her name is Jasmond.[nbsp][nbsp]
For yours... out of the list above, I like MoJo best :)

First I loved Mojo, but that was shot down by others.
Now I REALLY REALLY had my heart set on a macho name like (long name) Chunk Mosteerrr! or (short name) Chunk!. While I think it is humorous, everyone else hates it and wants to call the poor little thing Yogi... of all things! YOGI! :(
I also thought about Jub Jub (Patty or Selma's iguana's name on The Simpsons) or whatever Krusty the Clown calls that monkey/ape thing he has in some appearances. Of course, nobody liked those either! *aaaah!*
We shall see today though... now I am really trying to convince people for my 3rd pick: Mr. Chubs, Tubs, or Tubby!

People down the street from us have a Peke that sounds similar in appearance to yours. His name is Dudley.
When I was a kid, we had a peke/cocker mix, but it didn't look anything like what you have and was a girl.
From your list, I like Hans Moleman, but what nickname would you give him? (And where did you come up with that name?)

I gotta friend whose just got a puppy (don't ask me what it is, it's got 4 legs and a lotta black furry stuff) It's recently started taking to getting up around more or less exactly the same time every night and ceremoniously taking a dump right in the middle of her lounge carpet.[nbsp][nbsp]I suggested she rename it 'CronJob' :)
Needless to say she didn't have a clue what I was talking about ....

Oooo, I just found out how 'mojo' was referred to in the last Austin Powers movie and now I don't even like it. lol
I am please to announce, after much deliberation, that I have come to a compromise.
[nbsp][nbsp][nbsp][nbsp]~~~~~Yogi Chubbs Nugget~~~~~
Of course I am calling him Chubbs, my parents say Yogi, and my brother in-law is calling him Nugget. Sooooo we are either going to have a extremely smart or confused poor individual as a dog!

PS: I got Hans Moleman from the Simpsons TV show also, he is a cute little weird guy who looks like a wrinkled mister peanut and homer can't stop kissing im.

We have now officially scratched the word 'Nugget' of of his name, so now it is Mr. Yogi Chubbs.
Dean, LOL! So what is your friend gonna do? Stake out the whole night and wait for his/her puppy to poop? :) We got (sorta) lucky, last night he woke us up 3 times by barking (mine doesn't "yip", he has a big bark!) and everytime we all woke up and took him outside. Sure enough, those were "Help Mom and Dad! I need to go potty!" barks! ;)

well.. I recently got two puppies! :)
One is a White English bulldog, Romeo, 2 months old! HE is so adorable and loves to play with my cats! I think he has convinced Rocky, the cat, that he is a dog! They play endlessly and Romeo has taught Rocky how to play tug of war and chew on raw hide sticks!
We also adopted a dog from the Humane Society in a town 30 minutes from my house, cuz our they are nicer than our local humane society. We don't know what kind of dog she is,suspected to be a Blue Healer but she is adorable, she looks like salt'n'pepper so we named her Spicy, 4 months old.
Our local Walmart allows us to take them shopping! We put them in a shopping cart and they are as sociable as the people here! except we don't lick peoples' faces like they do! They are so spoiled and well behaved!
We have been enjoying the personalities of these two animals! Especially Romeo cuz he is so comical! And Spicy is so loving!
2 puppies, 9 stray cats, 7 kids, one husband!
Not that this fits into the DOG category.. could possibly though ;) .. but my husband and I are working on a reconcilliation after a few years of family turmoil and 1 year of separation!

2 puppies, 9 stray cats, 7 kids, and one husband!?!? WOW, you must be one busy lady!
I took Yogi Chubbs to the local Pet Supermarket all excited about "taking Yogi shopping", but unfortunately we had a nasty run-in with a cat there (and not to mention the cat's owner!!!) ;)[nbsp][nbsp]Go figure, I should have just stuck to the local dozen-aisle Petsmart! Anywho, drives me nuts just thinking about it...
Elite, your cat must be cute! :)
My suggestions for a name:
-Tiger
-Bubsy
-Mouse/Mousey
-(if you are aiming for strange) Dog
-(and if you are fond of Ted) Tygre :D
